I cannot say enough good things about Chill Guy Pool Service! Paul, the owner, truly understands what top-tier customer service looks like, and every conversation with him is an absolute pleasure. I also have to give a massive shoutout to Santiago, who does our cleanings. He keeps our pool looking immaculate and is always so friendly and great to chat with.

What sets them apart is how incredibly easy they make everything. Their communication is unmatched—they send a notification when they are on their way, another when they are finished, and they provide a full, detailed breakdown of the pool’s condition after every single visit. On top of that, their pricing is completely all-inclusive, and the automatic invoicing means I never even have to think about it.

If you want a stress-free, reliable pool service with genuinely great people, look no further than Paul, Santiago, and the team at Chill Guy Pool Service!

I have been unable to rid the algae from our pool. I contacted Chill Guy and Paul was able to come out the same day. Conducted assessment and we agreed upon treatment plan. Within a matter of a few treatments pool water is crystal clear and algae is clearing up
In addition I had issue with freeze protection. I called Paul and within a couple of hours he was able to come out and remedy the problem.
You can't ask or expect better service. I am extremely pleased with quality of service and fair pricing. I'll continue to use Chill Guy and highly recommend!

If I could give more stars for Paul I would definitely give them! Paul came over and fixed my pool vacuum for my above ground pool. He didn’t give up fixing it and explained the set up which didn’t even match what the box directions stated. I appreciated his help and would highly recommend him for services! Thanks Chill Pool Guy! 👍

Paul Ray is so knowledgeable about his pool business. Came out in a Sunday to help with our pool issue! We are so blessed to have found him! He spends at least 45 minutes cleaning, scrubbing, filling up the pool and making sure PH is perfect! He wants it to be safe for the kiddos! Our pool is looking beautiful now!
